I just wanted to give credit to the Fawcett Brothers for coming to help me out, my new aircon started leaking and I was worried about the ceiling falling down, but the Brothers came over and helped me with a temporary fix until the aircon installation company can get here (next week), they weren’t on call today but were in my area and sorted it out for me, I can’t thank them enough they were so kind to not charge me for their time (& it was a Saturday). All I can say is if you need any plumbing or electrical give Fawcett Group a call .Thanks again to the Fawcett Brothers I feel so much better knowing my ceiling isn’t going to collapse on me.

The team from Fawcett attended our property within a couple of days and provided us with a comprehensive quote. Once approved, they completed the work quickly and kept me informed of what they were doing along the way. They provided photos and video of their progress and a report on completion. Great communication skills and excellent customer service.
